We are pleased to introduce some works by Philip Sanders, who has become a widely collected painter of horses and hunting scenes and is often described as a modern day Munnings.
Philip was born in 1938 and has been painting horses since he was 14. He was for many years the official painter to The King’s Troop and he has been the subject of an ITV documentary. His paintings are to be found in collections world wide and apart from exhibiting widely his paintings have regularly turned up at auction houses such as Christies.
He can also undertake specific individual commissions of horses and hounds.
