New In – A Large Pair Of Russian ‘Dacha’ Windows As Mirrors c.1840



An impressive pair of Russian ‘Dacha’ window frames. Dacha’s were the secondary homes of the upper and middle classes in Russia and during the 18th and 19th century’s were often incredibly ornate. This pair of frames are untouched and have the original verde gris coloured paint. Seen here without the mirror plates, the intention is to create two large mirrors. . .
